I am writing this email to Thank Audrey Marks, who used to manage a couple of my properties.
Audrey is one of the few property managers who always has her mobile switched on, and with her. When I have issues with the tenant etc. I can always get in touch with her straight away.
On one occasion, I had to claim rental money back on insurance for a property. Audrey took this upon herself, and handled everything from speaking directly with the company to faxing required documents across.
Overall, Audrey has been a great help to me. She is very professional, and I thank her very much.
